These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Alina Lingerie website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We sell lingerie, bras, panties, sets and related garments. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colours and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and production batches. Please review the size and product details before ordering.
You must provide accurate name, contact, delivery and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing or technical errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, an undeliverable location, or another legitimate reason. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the eligible amount will be refunded.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change before an order is confirmed. Applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges will be shown at checkout. Payments must be made through the methods available on the website. You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, address accuracy or events outside our reasonable control. Please inspect the parcel promptly after delivery and retain the packaging if there is a problem.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate policies published on this website. Because lingerie is an intimate-wear product, hygiene restrictions apply; however, these restrictions do not remove remedies available for a wrong, damaged, defective, counterfeit or materially misdescribed product.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, impersonate another person, interfere with transactions, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
The Alina Lingerie name, logo, website content, photographs, designs and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow care instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
